No names on this one because I'm going to suggest that a small mistake was made.
The opening lead was the heart 7. Declarer won East's jack with the queen and cashed the AK of hearts on which East pitched a low club. He then took the spade finesse losing to West's king. West made the good play of a low diamond and the defense took three diamond tricks to put declarer one in the soup. This seems normal. Did anyone make a mistake? Decide before you read on.
