Play Psychs

I was originally going to call this "The Nameless Play" since no famous bridge player has glued his famous name to it, but that title sounded more like "H.P. Lovecraft does Dallas" than a bridge hand so I switched.

Here's a Play Psych from many years ago in a Kingdom by the Sea (San Francisco). Slide into the East chair:

Partner West leads a smallish diamond to your ten and declarer's queen. South leads a spade to the ace and a heart to the jack and partner's queen. Partner goes passive and exits a spade, all following. On the third round of spades declarer pitches a diamond. The fourth round goes heart by you, club by South, diamond by West (lower than the opening lead). On the fifth round you again toss a heart, South a heart, and West another diamond.

Declarer leads another heart from the dummy. What now?
